Support
Need help or found a bug? Email tobrosgame@gmail.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and, if it's about a race, what happened just before.
How do I play?
Tap the moment the light turns green to launch, then tap again each time the revs reach the green zone to shift. Perfect shifts charge your nitro. Stay out of the red: an engine kept on the limiter in a lower gear overheats.
I keep losing to a boss.
Bosses drive about as well as you do, so the cars decide the race. After a loss, the results screen shows the boss's PR against yours and the best-value upgrade. Earn coins in Ranked (or Quick Race early on) and upgrade in the Garage.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
No, as long as you're signed in to the same iCloud account. Your progress is restored automatically.
How do I start over?
Settings → Reset progress, then tap again to confirm. This also clears the iCloud copy. Settings are kept.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. "Automatic" follows your phone's language.
Ads
Dragvolt only shows rewarded ads when you choose to watch one. To change your ad privacy choices, use Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where required), or iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Dragvolt is made by Onur BENLI — ToBros Game (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. In short: we don’t ask for your name, email or any account, and we don’t run our own servers that collect your data. The game uses a few services from Apple and Google, described below.
Your game progress
Coins, cars, upgrades, career progress and settings are stored on your device. If you’re signed in to iCloud, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud account (Apple iCloud key-value storage) so your progress follows you to a new device. We can’t see or access this data.Ranked races and racer name
When you race in Ranked, your finished runs can be shared with other players as “ghosts” through Apple’s CloudKit service. A shared run contains the racer name you chose in Settings, a random player identifier created by the game (not linked to you or your device identity), your car and upgrades, and the race inputs and time. Please don’t use your real name or personal information as your racer name. While online ghosts are not available, ranked races are against computer-driven practice ghosts and nothing is shared.Advertising
Dragvolt shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (for example, to double your coins). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device type, operating system, IP address (used for approximate location), ad interactions and, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks, your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the game asks for your consent first using Google’s consent tool, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sitesNotifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the game schedules a local notification on your device. No data is sent anywhere for this.Analytics
The game does not use analytics or crash-reporting services of its own. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics and crash reports if you have chosen to share them with app developers in iOS settings.Children
Dragvolt is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.Deleting your data
Settings → Reset progress erases your progress on the device and in iCloud. Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data can also be managed in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud. To ask us to remove a shared ghost run, contact us with your racer name.Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.Contact
